Ian is the founder and managing director of Lathe Investments, which was established in 1996 and is manager of the Redleaf shopping centre funds. He is responsible for business strategy and investor relations.
Prior to establishing Lathe, he was for five years a partner of Knight Frank LLP and a director of Knight Frank Corporate Finance Limited, which was responsible for FSA-regulated investment business. He was also the firm's property receiver on behalf of many major bank and institutional clients, operating in the UK and continental Europe. He previously spent five years with the Scandinavian bank Nordea, based in London.
Ian is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Dick is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, developments and funding in the UK and continental European markets.
Previously, as a partner of Knight Frank, Dick was responsible for the establishment and management of property funds. Prior to this he was the estates manager of Norwich Union Investment Management where he was responsible for major acquisition programmes and the successful setting up and launching of the NUIM Approved Property Unit Trust.
Dick co-founded Lathe and is responsible for the identification, implementation and realisation of super profits.
Richard is Group Finance Director responsible for all financial matters relating to the management and development of the Redleaf funds and Lathe.
He joined Lathe Investments in April 2004. Previously he was finance director of The Milton Group and group accountant of Brixton plc.
Tim joined Lathe in 2008 after some 3 years of work experience whilst completing his degree in Real Estate Management at Kingston University.
