Redleaf Funds

Since 1997 Lathe has created, invested in and managed six ‘Redleaf’ shopping centre funds in the UK and Spain. Five of these funds have realised their assets and returned capital to investors providing them with returns ranging from 13% to 84% per annum.

Redleaf VI Property Unit Trust

Redleaf VI was launched in January 2005 and currently owns the Ladysmith Shopping Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne.
