Redleaf Funds

Since 1997 Lathe has created, invested in and managed six ‘Redleaf’ shopping centre funds in the UK and Spain. Five of these funds have realized their assets and returned capital to investors providing them with returns ranging from 13 to 84% per annum.

Redleaf VI Property Unit Trust

Redleaf VI was launched in January 2005 and owns two regionally-dominent convenience shopping centres: Castlegate Shopping Centre in Stockton-on-Tees and Ladysmith Shopping Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne.
