This is a regionally dominant, town-centre shopping centre of some 347,000 sq ft with 800 car parking spaces, with tenants such as Wilkinsons, Boots and Peacocks.
Lathe acquired this centre from Redleaf VI Property Unit Trust in December 2010 in a joint venture with Angelo, Gordon & Co, a large US-based real estate investor.
