As well as creating, managing and investing in our private-equity funds, Lathe has historically also created, managed and invested in several joint ventures, and intends to continue to do so in future with like-minded financial partner investors.

Our current joint venture, AG Lathe Castlegate Shopping Centre LLP, owns the Castlegate Shopping Centre in Stockton-on-Tees with Angelo, Gordon & Co as financial partner.
