Lathe Investments Limited is a privately-owned property fund manager and asset manager, established in September 1996.

Lathe exclusively creates and manages the Redleaf private-equity funds and Nordic Land plc which are invested in UK and other European shopping centres.

Our philosophy is to identify and acquire shopping centres which we can substantially improve for the benefit of shoppers, retailers and the local community. Lathe has consistently generated a high level of out-performance from these assets and in turn outstanding returns for investors in its funds.

The Lathe management team always invests in its funds, alongside its investor clients.

Lathe Capital Partners is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. It is wholly-owned by Lathe Investments and carries out the role of Operator of those Redleaf funds which are collective investment schemes.

Currently the businesses managed by Lathe are Redleaf VI Property Unit Trust and Nordic Land plc.
